They sure do make for quite the adorable family, as Nicole Richie and Joel Madden treated daughters Harlow and Sparrow to a day at the beach on Monday (April 9).
The fabulous foursome trekked from the parking area to the sandy Pacific shoreline in Malibu while proceeding to pick out the perfect spot to set down their belongings before romping around the beautiful beachfront.
Always keeping thing fashionable, Miss Richie rocked an orange pantsuit as she tossed a ball around with her kids before taking them down by the water to play - with little Harlow clad in a too cute two piece swimsuit..jpg)

The Malibu excursion comes just ahead of an all new episode of Nicole's show "Fashion Star" tomorrow night (April 10) at 10ET/9CT on NBC
