shows off her surfing skills as she holidays with Steve-O in Costa Rica.
In April it was reported that Steve-O had pulled the plug on his three month relationship with Elisabetta Canalis. But now it looks as though the two have managed to work out their differences as they were pictured in Costa Rica. The couple took to the waters as they showed off their impressive surfing skills.
Steve-O was seen giving the Italian actress a warm embrace as they took a break from the water. He gently placed a kiss on her forehead as she hugged him whilst he held his surf board. Enjoying her holiday, today she tweeted: 'pancakes,orange juice and Espresso. Good morning my friends'.
Canalis showed off her trim bikini body in a leopard two-piece as she tied her brunette hair back. She later slipped a wet suit top and proved to be fearless when she jumped into the water and hopped onto her board. The model also wasn't afraid to get a little dirty as her skin appeared to be covered in mud but she opted for a quick bikini change and rocked an orange top with brown bottoms.

Back in January, Elisabetta's choice to start dating the professional stunt man shocked many. But their romance didn't last long when it was reported that Steve-O dumped her as he apparently grew tired of her wild ways. It was also said that the reality TV star feared her love of partying was a bad influence on his sobriety.
A source told Radar Online: ‘Steve-O dumped Elisabetta over her partying. ‘He is extremely serious about his sobriety and did not want to be dating anyone who could jeopardise that.’ The 33-year-old actress dated George Clooney for almost two years before they announced their split in June 2011.
