TOWIE star Frankie Essex shows off her stunning bikini body as she poses on a beach.

The blonde, 25, who has previously battled with her weight and has slimmed down from a size 16 to a tiny size ten, looked incredible as she was snapped enjoying a sunshine break in Spain. The reality star wore a red halterneck two-piece for the swimwear shots, which saw her lazing on a sunbed, strolling along the beach, taking a dip in the sea and posing in the sand.

Last year Frankie had her boobs boosted from a 34C/D cup to an E cup after complaining they had gone "saggy". And in April, she was snapped unhappily holding her flabby stomach after her weight loss caused her tummy skin to sag too. But since then she has been determined to tone up and has been spotted at bootcamp more than once.

And it shore seems all her hard work has paid off.
